KMB have been building homes around Auckland for over 12 years with many happy clients. Our founder, Bhupendra Kumar has over 20 years of experience in construction and is a chartered professional engineer and Master Builder. This experience lends itself to constructing houses on challenging sites and difficult projects. We are able to assist in transforming a patch of uneven land into a dream home. We advise on sub-divisions, land potential and relocations. This will ensure the full potential of your land is maximised.
