Initial Meeting / Budget Estimate

This step, we believe, particularly important to the effective and proper execution of your building project. We believe in presenting you with a quote that is practical and takes into account all potential factors. We aim to make the most of every dollar you spend, therefore our commercial builders collaborate with you to find a practical and appropriate solution that meets your requirements.

Designing Stage

The very next step in our construction process is an evaluation by our Design Team. Our Design Team evaluates all of the material supplied by our Assessment Team and considers a variety of design elements related to your building's development.

Building Contract Sign up

We can determine cost to the dollar once the Resource Consent and Building Consent are released, and it is usually pretty similar to the initial estimate. You'll have plenty of time to review the quote and contract before signing it, so you'll be able to do this when you're ready.

Construction Begins

We can start building now that the plans are ready. We complete a comprehensive project takeover when we hand you over to the construction team. You'll meet your friendly construction team, which includes your Construction Supervisor, Project Administrator, and Construction Manager, who will communicate with you throughout the project.

Key Handover

The job is over, and now it's time for us to hand over the keys. Now is the moment to truly personalise the space. Make it seem like home by adding your own unique touches. If you need assistance with style and colour, our interior designers can help. If you're searching for something unique, we can even assist you with customized furniture.

Protect & Support

We always feel like we've created something unique together at the conclusion of the process. That relationship with you isn't going to end anytime soon. If there are any maintenance concerns, we provide a 180-day grace period during which we can work out any hiccups. However, you may always call us for a follow-up. We love hearing from our customers.
